Confront\u00e9es \u00e0 des p\u00e9nuries de ressources financi\u00e8res, mat\u00e9rielles et humaines, les personnes ayant besoin de proth\u00e8ses ne peuvent acc\u00e9der \u00e0 des services sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s de proth\u00e8ses et d\u2019orth\u00e8ses. Priv\u00e9es des appareils et accessoires fonctionnels ou de soins appropri\u00e9s, les personnes doivent se battre pour accomplir les t\u00e2ches quotidiennes, comme se d\u00e9placer, aller chercher de la nourriture et de l\u2019eau, ou gagner leur vie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Comprehensive Community Based Rehabilitation In Tanzania (CCBRT)<\/strong> utilise la technologie d\u2019impression en 3D pour fabriquer des proth\u00e8ses de haute qualit\u00e9 pour la partie inf\u00e9rieure du corps pour les personnes handicap\u00e9es dans les camps de Kigoma et les communaut\u00e9s d\u2019accueil. Il n\u2019existe que tr\u00e8s peu de projets de fabrication de proth\u00e8ses imprim\u00e9es en 3D dans les camps de r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s ou \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur, et encore moins de projets de fabrication de dispositifs pour la partie inf\u00e9rieure du corps.
