Adiam Abraham, Program Associate

Adiam has worked as a Program Coordinator at a funding agency where she conducted the internal review of applications for grant programs. In the past, she has also worked at both the provincial and federal levels of government, as well as various non-profit organizations.

Adiam is a graduate of the University of Toronto where she studied Political Science and African Studies. She also completed a post-graduate certificate in Project Management at the University of Toronto.

Adiam is very passionate about children’s rights and protecting society’s most vulnerable population. During her undergraduate career, she had the opportunity to conduct research on child labour and youth unemployment in Cameroon. In addition, she spent a summer volunteering at an orphanage in Eritrea. She hopes to live in a world where children can enjoy their childhood, worry-free.
